Local Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)

We offer local delivery within select areas of Toronto.

• Delivery availability is determined by your postal code at checkout

• Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance

• A minimum order amount may apply

If local delivery is available to your address, it will appear as an option during checkout.

We offer local pickup at select locations in Ontario:

• Near Scarborough Town Centre

• Near Waterloo University Campus

How pickup works

• Local pickup can be selected at checkout if available for your order

• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
  

• Please bring your order confirmation when picking up

Free Shipping (Canada)

We offer free express shipping within Canada on orders containing any two (2) or more bouquets.

• Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout

• No promo code is required

• This offer applies to provincial Canadian addresses only

Orders shipping to Canada’s territories are not eligible for this offer.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the contents of your cart and the shipping destination. Certain products, pre-orders, or delivery options may be excluded.

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

Pre-orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders will ship once inventory becomes available.

Estimated Transit Times

(after your order has shipped)

• Toronto: 1–2 business days

• Rest of Ontario: 2–3 business days

• Rest of Canada: 3–4 business days

• United States: 3–7 business days

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when gifting a Dear Daisie bouquet.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund.

Non-returnable items

• Sale or promotional items

• Customized or personalized products (once customization is available)

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
